TOD CONFERENCE - NEW ORLEANS Skip Smallridge spoke at a Transit Oriented Development Conference in New Orleans on April 14, 2010. The TOD event followed the 2010 National APA Conference and wass jointly sponsored by the Urban Land Institute and the University of New Orleans. TRANSIT NEW LONDON Skip Smallridge gave a presentation on long range TOD goals in New London at a New London Landmarks forum on January 29, 2010.
