Carole Schlessinger, Principal and Director of Planning, has over 27 years of experience in urban planning, with expertise in urban revitalization projects, land use and zoning studies, transportation and transit oriented development planning, environmental assessments, and design and implementation of community participation programs. She has managed successful revitalization and transportation projects in Lowell, Chelsea, Fitchburg, Westfield, Roslindale, Pittsfield and Worcester, MA; Greenwich, CT; Windsor, VT; and Normal, IL. Prior to founding CSS in 2003, Carole was a Principal and Director of Planning at Wallace Floyd Design Group.
