Siting, Feasibility and Joint Development Study for Downtown Intermodal Transportation Center, Minneapolis, MN

CSS is managing the siting and feasibility study for an Intermodal Transportation Center in downtown Minneapolis to serve commuter rail, light rail, intercity passenger rail and bus service. Assessing potential joint development options for the site, including a new baseball stadium for the Minnesota Twins, is a key component of the study.
