Client: Worcester Business Development Corporation/ Worcester Polytechnic Institute

CSS provided design services and construction administration for the renovation of 60 Prescott Street and the construction of 68 Prescott Street - the WPI Life Sciences and Bioengineering Center at Gateway Park. This is the first project in the redevelopment of this mixed-use district adjacent to downtown Worcester, MA. The project included the design of building courtyards, seating areas, accessible entrance ways, and service and parking areas and has set the standards for future development throughout the district.
