The Central Viaduct Project is one of the most challenging projects CSS has undertaken: developing design guidelines for the Cleveland Central Viaduct - a $500 million design-build bridge spanning the Cuyahoga Valley. The new bridge will be the entrance to Downtown Cleveland, the Gateway District, and the historic Tremont Neighborhood. The guidelines and neighborhood enhancements are being developed in a five month series of intensive workshops with the Innerbelt Aesthetics Sucommittee, stakeholders and neighborhood focus groups.
