The Siting and Feasibility Study for the Central Ohio Transit Authority's (COTA) Downtown Multimodal Transportation Terminal evaluated sites for a 12-bay express bus terminal, future connections to intercity and commuter rail service, and potential joint development uses. The conceptual design for the selected sites included retail, COTA offices, and air-rights commercial office building and a parking garage with pedestrian bridges to the Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena.
