Description

The Golden Triangle Planning Study was commissioned by the municipalities of Natick and Framingham to determine the future development potential of this large and dynamic mixed-use regional retail and office destination. The vision crafted for the area is supported by the two municipalities as well as the multitude of property owners, developers, residents and other stakeholders in the area. The final product includes an updated urban design, land use, zoning, and transportation/mobility plan to support the vision and serve as a basis for guiding future development and working with MassDOT on transportation improvements.
