Description

The Siting and Feasibility Study for the Central Ohio Transit Authority’s (COTA) Downtown Multimodal Transportation Terminal evaluated sites for a 12-bay express bus terminal, future connections to intercity and commuter rail service, and potential joint development uses. The conceptual design for the selected site included retail, COTA offices, and an air-rights commercial office building and a parking garage with pedestrian bridges to the Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena.
