Description

CSS is currently providing Landscape Architecture services for the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation Morrissey Boulevard Corridor Improvement project.  While the impetus behind this project is the need to address flooding-related closures of the roadway, the project offers the opportunity to create more comprehensive improvements to the parkway.  As part of the three-phase design approach, the project team with be assessing opportunities and synergies for providing climate change adaption, ecological restoration, multi-modal design, and increased linkages between the existing land uses and open space networks.
