CSS Senior Associate Dan Norman has been collaborating with The Rose Kennedy Greenway and local advertising firm WorkReduce, and the result is this amazing bloom visualization tool. It takes volunteer-gathered data about which plants are in bloom across the 17 acre downtown park, and makes it accessible to visitors near and far through a 3d, interactive map. What began as an idea discussed between Dan and Senior Horticulturist at the Greenway Conservancy Darrah Cole over coffee 4 years ago became a reality last week when The Greenway Bloom Tracker, a new app, went  live! You can access the app here:

Congratulations to The Greenway on the development of this engaging new tool, and to Dan who volunteered his time towards its development.
